Yes it can. It's just a matter of putting in different capacitors at the input side of the high gain amplifier board. See the User Manual for more information.
Absolutely. The board has a 12 bit ADC with a maximum sampling rate of 100 ksps. The included interface board with screw terminals makes it convenient for experiments.
It can be used indoors, but usually the Earth's magnetic field in a building is very distorted due to the ferromagnetic materials used in its structure. This translates into a distorted resonance peak when using the Magnum sensor in a typical building. The recommended setup for the Magnum is to have the sensor outdoors, with all of the electronics indoors. The standard cable length attached to the Magnum sensor is 15 meters (50 ft). You can make the length of the cable longer, but you may then have to change the tuning capacitors.
